  • 2 bunches dutch / baby carrots (about 20 baby carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (30g / 1oz)
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (notes 1)

  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • Flaky sea salt
